New to the forum so forgive me if I don't follow the protocol

Will be in Borneo in July / August - KK, Sandakan, Kuching, Miri

Wondering if the massages at hotels are worthwhile (HJ would be OK) or do I have to get out and about to the massage clinics? For example, will be staying at the Mega Hotel in Miri - any chance of good massage there? Also, are the ladies at the resorts (such as Rasa Ria in KK) fiendly or do they have to keep it above board?
