I really get turned off when the girl thinks she can chop carrothead as I'm a foreigner. I don't negotiate. I pay market rate only. Take it or leave it. Usually I'll just get the thing done and over with asap as I feel the "fun" factor is not there anymore. I don't like to waste time and just move on.
Everywhere Singaporeans go, service providers will like them because most are carrotheads! Seen it China, Thailand, Vietnam, etc. I believe Singaporeans rank in second with Japanese being the champions!
