nope. They dont. very hard to find hotels that do "transit" rates in HCMC. when you come out of Tan My Dinh turn right and walk around the corner. There are actually 2 hotels there directly opposite the shops in Hotel New World. Cant remember the name but is very very popular for "activities". Last time one frend paid VND 320K for overnight. checked in about 12am, check out next day about 10am. even for 2 hours still pay the same rate. The prices now are definatly much higher
