It seems that USD exchange rate is moving up again. On Thursday noon, the rate was 177200 but friday morning was 177800 at the "Black market". My friend who owns a Goldsmith shop told me that USD might reach 19000 by CNY. How true? It is speculation and lots of people are buying.
