Actually I still have 5mil vnd with me... but 5 mil is not enough for me to spend for 2 weeks in here on business

It was open yesterday already, exchange rate is 1 sgd to 11350 vnd only. Was told that exchange rates will not be as high as b4 TET, many people is buying gold and currency to keep.
