i used WU 1 or 2 years ago, fees were really high..not sure about now
MoneyGram costs only 10$ but they rip us off the exchange rate
last time i checked for every 10k i lost 300 for the exchange rate..
it only takes about 10 mins for the receiver to get monies.
so i think if the amount is not big, MoneyGram or ATM card withdrawal is not so bad
otherwise just go to VN and get a good deal for currency conversion :P
