Dude, the 2 areas are the worst you have mentioned. Apocalypse Now FLs are asking for easily USD$100 ST. This is because they target alot of foreignors. Pham Ngu Lao is the unsafest place. Girls and Lady-boys will try to rob you as you are walking along the streets so how can you come to the conclusion that the above 2 places are the "only real areas for a good night with an option of a girl" ?????
Not only that, the hotel staff will try to steal from your room when you are not in.
I have posted here numerous times on where to go look for women and the girls are controlled by a mamasan.
