Abstinence from Masturbation
I'm a single guy who started practising abstinence from masturbation a few
weeks ago.
2 days ago, I experienced some discomfort in my lower abdomen, groin and
scrotum area and now concerned about my abstinence practice -- whether
prolonged abstinence over months will cause any medical conditions or side
effects such as prostatic congestion, vaso-congestion, blue balls, erection
dysfunction, delayed ejaculation or infertility.
I have also heard of a guy who abstained successfully for 5 months before
he got a wet dream. I wonder what is the maximum time limit that a guy can
abstain from orgasm and ejaculation without any health implications? Is
there any scientific or medical study that has reached a conclusion on this?
It's embarrassing and ridiculous to see a medical expert or doctor to ask
him/her how long a man can abstain from ejaculation.
