Can some kind brothers help me out with a question I have regarding motorbikes in Saigon?

Reason being, my baxa's birthday is coming up soon, and am looking to buy something nice for her.

I've already settled on buying a motorbike for her since the one she's using is a pile of crap and breaks down so often.

Preferrably I'm looking to get a bike with those seats that can lift up to reveal a compartment that can store helmet, sunglasses, snacks, etc, etc because her nice helmets always get stolen.

She doesn't know I'm intending to buy it yet, but looking to see what kind of budget i need to set aside for it before i tell her.... later say want to buy but cannot afford, damn lose face. Hehe.

Anyone know of a price range?
