This is so that when there is a search by Cong An, the hotel management can claim that that gal have her own room and there is no way for them to control her movement to your room.

When there are no more spare rooms aka fully booked, most of the time they will reject those irregulars guests (meaning you don't stay there all the time) bringing guest and may only close one-eye to those super-regulars clients as they do not want to offend those regular clients.

How I know? Because I stay there every month and kay-poh kay-poh ask them..... This is why we always say here in HCM that there are no guaranteed gf-friendly hotels as it depends on many factors

that means, when i first book the room, i must tell them the name of the other person who is staying with me?

or do i have to tell them one more person will be staying with me instead, but i dont give the name can?
