Those locations you mentioned are discounted bites from the Chinese girl, my friend kena gave to the girl when breaking off a whole house in Sukajadi where they used to live in together during "good times", today the house cost about close to SGD150k. And guess what, that girl is now trying to sell it, she even approched me asking if I'm interested in buying.
I should have told her better she takes me as her BF and later give the house to me hahaha...
