Its safe cos from the 15th storey onwards, its Govt offices, so a lot of security guards around but its a girl friendly hotel. Call OKT to send girls also no problem.
Not to mention that it is surrounded by KTVs and suanas, both clean and not so clean.

Motel 268, yes it is just infront of Fumin MTR station. was hanging around there bcos KC stay near there....... If I happen to be there, atleast know some kaki to jio....
