Most taxi is OK with Rp15K if direct from point A to point B within nagoya. jodoh and peniun area. U bargain can get Rp10K. Those ask for Rp20K and above can tell them no thank you, ask the next taxi that follow, most likely before you walk away the driver will ask you get in.
For those taxi with other passenger most likely going a longer distance, and they paying lower "per head" rate, so the driver will pick up more passenger along the way, making your travel time LONGER.
