hi Bro Perrymason,
you mentioned that it's good to go for the checkup without taking a leak in the morning.
theoretically, it's a sensible thing to do.
but practically, i find it hard to follow.
i always hv to take a leak the first thing in the morning, the moment i wake up.
it is very difficult to 'tahan' all the way to the clinic (i take u mean the one in Kelantan Lane) unless you stay nearby.
can give some good advise?
