I'm very sure that is RH's plan, and a way of covering his ass if the season goes wrong.
Babel has the potential. With him and Ngog, we can play the ball into space for them to chase. But both of them have not used the ball intelligently and have little chemistry with Stevie and other attackers.
It will be a huge gamble again. I would rather put Kuyt up front but he is not strong or mobile enough to hold or chase the ball.
