Hope you could find some information to read up. During my virgin trip in Cebu alone, I had went to see their 'Casa' and "the gate". If I remember correctly, gals from "gate" offer ST for 3000-4000 peso, look range 5 - 7.5 and most appear fair complexion under the neon lighting. Took a fair and slim gal from Casa for ST, paid the pimp 500 peso and 200 peso tip for the guy brought me there. Not into KTV so did not even try. Forget about agogo bar in Cebu, none can compare with Angeles City. The business and update are generally slow and presume most of the info are still current.
For pick up at night, you can try your luck at 'Mango Square' but beware of LB. At Sanciangko St next to SOGO hotel, you could find some pimps hanging around there. From GV hotel at Sanciangko St, you walk on Osmenia boulevard toward Metro Gaisano Colon, turn right when you reach Colon st and you may find some FL along the way. God bless you.
