if u r serious abt improving ur sperm quality to make baby, i think it's best for u to consult doc and get doc to prescribe some medicine / supplement for u, instead of buy off shelf product which u dunno of any side effect...

if ur sperm is healthy, then i think it's not really necessary for u to take any medicine to "boost" its quality...

btw, how much is the cost of IVF?
