Bro, all the hotels shd accept payment by cards, unless its those budget type hotels, but I advise u against staying in those hotels, not safe !! As for rates, like Bro Sirdaniel said, u may like to refer to HFIC website as a general guideline.

However, u shd decide on accommodation after u hv planned which KTV u like to visit as CA is big & the various outlets could be quite far apart ! Traveling distance could easily ranged from 10 to 20 mins ! Yr cab fare could range from 10 to 40RMB
