usually pants down in Hotel are safe, unless they are after drugs or you damm suay, kena something from someone harm you.

Cheapo ones? Maybe on the Bali Hotel some time back.
Underage? Dont ever try, unless you want to take risk, at least not in Batam.
MAssage? Never heard of raid before. Hahaha. Usually, the massage in on 2nd floor or 3rd. So Even if there is a raid, there is ample time to cover up.
