bro,that taxi uncle maybe is refering to her and not her nationality cos if a sg ppl do that,he will also say things like that due to her wrong doing as she endanger not only her life,but also other motorist.if the taxi uncle say like-(if u want to die,go back to your country (vietnam) and die and dont die in our country).Then if he say like that he is looking down at her.
