Its all part of the game. When customer sees a hot service girl he of course thinks she seldom (or never) goes out with customers so less mileage. Customer then tries his luck and asks serve if she can go out with him. Service then plays hard to get which in turns will make customer more eager to meet her asking price just to bed her.
Staying with mother/family is the biggest bullshit story. They either are staying with their sponsor or else prefer the comfort of their own bed.
