Advise is reapply again.That is the only way.PR application been rejected is very common nowadays and dont be suprise that u may think your financial status is stable and have a sg baby coming out soon,they will approve her PR application.This is not true.
Join name with your parents if u can cos as long as she is not a PR,there is no way u can join name with her
