You can go to san yuan li in Guangzhou 三元里 5-6 buildings all selling these goods
Sorry I dont know of Shenzhen, only Guangzhou, you can take the bullet train to Guangzhou East station (1 hrs 05 mins) and take MRT or taxi to san yuan li (Maybe around 20 mins)
