Mandy, 24 year old poly graduate in retail merchardising , was a salesgirl in CK Tang department store. She admired lingerie design. She donned Valisere uniform , and took charge of Valisere lingerie , which is very expensive.

She failed to make sales because few woman want to buy , over $200 for bra and $65 for a panties. She was hostile to men who browse and even willing to pay $300 or above. She scoffed at the idea that men buy lingerie for their beloved. She dislike the use of lingerie for sexual foreplay.

Her supervisor inquired about poor sales and learn that she turned away potential buyers who were very willing to pay but were men.

Her supervisor implored her to change her attitude saying that Valisere boss are males, and this is Orchard Road where there were angmoh tourists.

Since then , her appraisal rating were poor. She began looking for better job but her interest in lingerie remain strong.

She saw the ad by Sevron International, a import and export company which deal in lingeries export and imports as well as managing a few lingerie boutiques in Singapore. It was looking for people who fill in the post of Merchardising Executive. Pay is good, bonus attractive and training provided, transport provided as it was located in a industrial estate where there is only one public bus number and the bus very crowded with foreigners..

She was selected for interview and she arrived at office. and she saw 3 male office staffs and 4 female office staffs. there was 5 offices for managers.

Director , Denise Fong, interview her and accepted her.
