Very simple for them to go around (circumvent) the law:
Procedure: Suspect PRC... claim that PRC up to no good...hand cuff first...bring back to balai for checking....call ACE syndicate....ACE syndicate management bank in money (RM 1800 per PRC, which each caught PRC pay later as their passports held by syndicate)...hold PRC for a few hours...declare PRC not prostitutes or thieves...release PRC...(maybe after a few bonks)...record down as routine crime prevention checks...
Later even PRC seek justice also no case loh...Mung Ass Cha Cha also can find no case as no money changing hands..case closed. Terima kasi ..kunjung lagi...perkhidmatan puan amat dialu-alukan...
