I need advice from Brothers who are familiar with apartments in CP. I used to cheong in CP quite often in 2008 and 2009 going there almost on a monthly basis. In 2010 and 2011, I only went twice cos I was transfered to HCMC. In Feb 2012, I was transfered to GZ and have visited CP 3 times. Since I am now so close to CP, I want to get an affordable apartment. I have some girlfriends living behind Hui Hua; one paying rmb500/month for a small unit about 15 sqm and another paying rmb750/mth for a 20sqm studio. This place is not so foreigner friendly. Can anyone point me to studio, about 25sqm for between rmb1k to rmb1.5k? Safe, secure and foreign friendly neat mirathon area. I have some bad experience with realty agents in GZ and think its best to first research before going to them. Thanks in advance!
