haha...many ppl have this problem...dun worry can overcome...just need to do a bit more things...
1) dun smoke (quit if have to)
2) dun drink (1 to 2 glass occasionally ok)
3) need to massage your balls muscle around the scrotum daily for 30 mins...can go for juagen therapy if you dun want to self-help
4) exercise at least 3 times a week
5) eat healthy food such as fruits, vegetables, fish...
I had discussed this with many of my friends and some had shown great success...recently another friend just discussed with me and he said will try out...you need to do this at least 1 month to see any result...
