It is the basic human right of every citizen of every country to travel freely, unless he / she is a suspect or criminal .. as long as he / she can prove he / she has the finances and capability to take care of themselves .. unless of course, the country is a Communist country or is paranoid that every citizen will disappear given a chance (a-la Easter Europe before the wall came down .. )
And It is wrong to leech money off poor people, who are going abroad because the alternate is worse - no comments ..
Worse it is, to get treated as possible prostitute by BI, if an agency hasn't whored off their hard earned money ? Oh, wait, an agency, plus fees magically fix everything. As a matter of fact, such dubious charges is what is forcing many a legal worker to whore themselves, when they realise their take home is pittance, after all the deductions ..
After all the OFW business is a BILLION Dollar business and every congressman or senator and all have stake in ensuring the poor people toe the line, and pay their blood and sweat .. !!!!!!!!!!!!!
