In regard to Point 1: To me, its only a matter of how a person see things. Urbanized has its beauty, but village life has theirs too.
In regard to Point 2: For them, they have been living life in vietnam for decades, that's why they yearn for something new.
For us, maybe not all but some, we have been living live in Singapore for decades, and that's why we are looking for places to break free or start anew.
