Concurred with you. A lot of sporean old uncle after collecting their cpf money would go to geylang and chinatown area to look for PRC women. The PRC chicks are the real powerful suckers who can seduce the old men and sucked dry all their hard-earn money and cpf savings.
In the end when the PRC chick can't get anything out from the old men anymore, she will just give them the cold shoulder and brush them off aside and moved on to hunt for new target.
