Yes, they provide FOC transport (arrange by the manager) to and fro provided they are not engaged but usually we give a small tip to the driver.

Yes, in CP, there is a shopping centre next to Lion Hotel call "big river" (sorry, don't why my keyboard can't produce chinese right now), if u go in by the main entrance it's about 20m on the right (teochew lady). U can find "fake produced" handbag and luggage, just bought on my last trip for 180rmb (can hand carry on plane) suitcase.
