daikor, my humble opinion and personal experience on two of these transport service.
Put vehicle breakdown aside as this are rare occurrences, Hua Tong have been improving a little lately, with their drivers driving as formula one racers and try to reach the airport in approximately 2 hours with custom time included. Thats if you do not mind the risk these drivers take by cutting lanes and driving as fast as they could.
Also, Hua tong these days do not need to change vehicle, but occasional stops at certain spots are inevitable. Ironically, I do not have any pitstop on my previous trip as it went straight from HKIA to CP and CP to HKIA.
Yong Dong on the other hand is horrible. I waited at the Shenzhen Plaza for the exchange of vehicles for about 1 hour, and it took me 4 hours to reach CA from HKIA, even though CA is much nearer to HKIA than CP.
I think you should just cater your own vehicle for your own comfortable ride instead.
