How different is the celebrations between CM & Patts?
Songkran celebrations in Pattaya is considered mild compared to the celebrations in Chiangmai. In Chiangmai the entire city comes out to play and the main battlefield around the city canal carries on continuously for 2 days from morning to night. In Pattaya the celebrations are dispersed in pockets over various locations. If you have enjoyed the Songkran in Chiangmai.... you might be disappointed with celebrations in Pattaya.
