Which hotel are you staying? Have you approached the hotel to help you?
I was in a similar dilemma but I was lucky as there were a few staff from my hotel residing in BKK and they do the daily commute to work. At 5am the hotel driver gave me a lift as he was driving to BKK to pickup the morning shift staff.
