Changping Update (09/01/13)
Hui Mei Tian Lun Hotel 汇美天伦酒店 (5 Star) is scheduled to open during 1st Quarter of 2013.
It's situated on Changping Avenue 常平大道.

Diagonally opposite Hui Mei Tian Lun Hotel 汇美天伦酒店 is another new condo on sale since October 2012.
Lian Guan Plaza 联冠广场 is going for ¥7000/m2.
