i just finished my dinner with some biz contacts at a jap restaurant along hai ba trung. walked past those sleazy joints. all dark windows....a bit worried go in cannot come out leh unless pay US$1K bill.
those guys not into bars, so they went back to hotel while i am checking this forum at a cybercafe.
