Been into a few of those places in Hai Ba Thrung a couple of times ... its not a bad place to go to especially if you have a friend or two with you. They have a pool table that you can play with your friends and these girls. Only thing is that you have to buy the girl some drink (that's how they earn their pay I guess) and some will drink like fish but if you find one that you like what's a few dollars of drinks in exchange for company..... and a grope or two
If you like them enough you can always take them out or arrange to meet them the next day at your hotel .....
