Bro.. U post this question here I do not know if its appropriate as this thread is meant for HIV screening info.. Anw, just to answer ur question.. The white dot u need not worry about it.. It's known as pearly penile papules(ppp) which is normal.. U go and do more research online and u will know there are also other bump tt might be on ur 2ic.. If u are really worried, u can go and visit a doctor.. But judging from ur description, it should be the PPP.. The fact that u are picking this up now is because u usually don go and look at ur 2ic I assume.. People might at times confuse PPP with genital warts.. Now while under the stress and anxiety of ur last encounter, u start to pick all this up.. You can read up some info on genital warts in one of the thread - "all you need to know about std"
Conclusion, the white dot is normal.. Relax bro.. Hope u will feel better..
