Just my two cents worth...

Had a great time in Johor with Jamie(thai) from DE Imperial.

I think the biggest draw is the proximity of the hotel. within walking distance from City Square..no need taxi. RM 168/45 mins/1 shot. Comes to about SGD70 per shot.
