Even you pay the girl first, and the girl gets arrested subsequently, you can still get into trouble. If you're seen walking with the girl outside the bar, or near your hotel, you could get arrested as well. The law could even get applied in any club anywhere & take you by surprise. Don't risk getting jailed in the Philippines.
My suggestion is to all bros, please stay away from Philippines.
