Especially Baloi area.
i have a friend (female), her kost just got break in two days ago.
Best part that happened at 4pm plus, 2 flores looking guy broke her door lock, entered her kost, took away item like TV, DVD player, HP, Tab and even her clothing.
Some more still left behind 2 empty can after drinking.
Cant image they able to carry away the items at 4pm
It was capture in cctv installed at the corridor.
