Actually, the front desk people is one of the reasons (or the main reason) why I keep on going to Formosa. They are always smiling, happy to help... I feel like at home there.
I find that the staff of higher class
hotels like Harmoni, on the contrary, is rather cold and impersonal.
PS: It's nice to wake up in the morning, check SB, and see I've been detracted 3+4 more points, one with the explanation "Nice info. up u", the other with "Thank you"...
