Malays are doing better than previous generations. Our SAF Chief Infantry Officer is BG FAIROZ BIN HASSAN. If you say this 20-30 years ago, yes it's probably true. Right now, not so. In fact, I have many SG Malay friends who look down on Malaysian Malays. They find MY Malays very lazy and always waiting for Malaysia government to give money. Our SG Malays are discriminated too in Malaysia because the Malay words they use are different and we tend to add more English words in.

Don't discriminate against our Malay and Indian friends if possible. They are our neighbours, classmates, colleagues, army friends and for some even family. If race riot happens again, Singapore is so small none of us can hide from its negative effects ah.

Back to topic, harder to hunt for Malay girls now as more are wearing tudung. Last time see pretty Malay girl can walk up to befriend her. Now the pretty girl wear tudung, want to walk up to get to know her also not sure if it's a good idea.

I don't deny younger malays generation are being much better and more civilized and less racist. But what you mentioned about successful malays is all inside SAF. Because that's what they can amount to in the real world. You don't see any of them in corporate world, do you? Lol the discriminating you say about SG and MY malays are something so minor that is not even can be categorized as discriminating.

Trust me, if race riot starts, they will be the first one to initiate it judging by history. And history often is right. You probably are coddled and don't sense any racism from them but there is still subtle racism from them.

All these 3 countries have history that is the same, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia. Go read up the histories about the race riots in these 3 and you will see a very familiar pattern among them.

We can don't discriminate but that does not stop them from discriminating against us too right? You are in too deep of comfort zone that you don't feel the racism. Most of the time they will hide it in front of large crowds but once you are in a place where you are minority and they are majority you will see the real face of theirs. I've seen, heard and experience it.
