1. No, defintely not safe with pros. She could have picked up an infection (e.g. syphilis, genital wart) in her mouth from another client's penis and then passed it on to you.

2. BJ wihtout condom is not safe. Again, the pros can be transferring an infection from her mouth to your organ.

I haven't asked him personally how he got herpes, but from his posting, it seems like it is most likely through titfuck. Let me explain why I came to this conclusion:

1. He said he contracted HSV-1, which apart from the genitals tends to appear on other parts of the body as well (especially the mouth), as compared to HSV-2 which tends to be located around the genitals only
2. He said he used a condom for HJ and BJs. He did not have FJs with any of the pros.

Personally, I think the risk of getting a STD from titfuck is very low. Although there is the possibility of getting herpes if the woman has a herpes lesion on her breast, I haven't heard of any cases of guys getting HIV, syphilis or NGU through it.
