-You can log a police report i think but unless you can prove that she ask to borrow money from u with bank account. But if during communication she never promise anything in exchange for the loan than it will not be entertain.
-If you can gather other people that might be cheated by her might have a case against her.
-If you transfer to her is meant for a exchange to bed her than good luck cause she will bite back that the exchange is done.

She is local/foreigner?

Please provide full details so that bros here can get a full picture of what is happening.

But my personal opinion is that your chance of getting the money back is low
