Please help regarding penis issue

Hi all, I have a issue with my penis currently.

I haven't had sex for a long time.
Used to frequent geylang but stopped for more than a year, there was once that I went raw at one of the stable at lorong 18 with a thai girl.
I don't know if its because of her or maybe some other issues.

recently for the past 1 year roughly, I have issue with my penis whereby there's skin tear near the top, I have a phimosis penis, which is like what a young boy's dick look like, the head won't come out because of tight foreskin.

so here's my issue.

1) the skin tear issue on the top, time to time, after masturbation, I will find that there's white tear tissues/flakes on the dick the next few days.
its pretty sensitive as it gets red and sore at times which cause slight tingling painess because there's not much skin there probably. I've curbed myself to once a week only.

2) when I pee, my pee-hole is closing, it gets smaller and I can't aim properly as it comes out from all sort of angle and my pee comes in two-lane traffic which means will have two outlet for the pee to come out.
(I used to be able to stretch my skin back till I can see some part of my dickhead but I didn't pull further back due to pain there.)



I believe all these issues comes in after I had a period whereby I masturbate for a substantial period whereby i masturbate almost twice every night for a period of about two weeks till it become too sore and there's a cut/wound at the top and it shows blood.
seeing that, i stopped for a good period as the cut/wound becomes dry and harden. i just tear it off when its harden and slowly over time the skin grows back new one and i then resume my jerking.

but its only until recently this 6-12months period that i notice the skin tear issue doesn't go off despite cutting down to once a week or a fortnight.
the urine part also gives me a issue as after i pee, i have to use water to wash as it stains till my leg.

i'm awkward to visit a doctor and can't really afford to pay for the medical fees as i'm financially embarrassed now as well.

have never tried any steroid cream or oil or whatever.

I'm worried about this very much, don't know if it could be AIDS/STDs as well.

can someone with any relevant experience or savvy please help on this matter?

This is the problem when people don't use protection . Please kindly go and see a doctor ASAP. And abstain from sex for the time being.

Likely STD or infection. Either way, better be safe and see a doctor. No matter how financially strapped you are, doctor fee amount cannot be more than your penis functionality. Don't be stupid.

its better to consult a doctor no matter what.If u are worried abt the medical costs u can go to the polyclinic 1st

Financially strapped or not, and forget abt the sex part, you still need to use your dick several times a day. And your dick will affect your health, physically, emotionally n psychologically.

Better go polyclinics check first. You have many more year to use that tool for enjoyment. With foreskin still coverings the head, it is easy to accumulate bacteria if didn't wash properly

You sounds very young to me, looks like you are still in school.

Anyway don't apply anything yet, you may get allergic reaction and get worse.

You better SEEK for medical help, if you continue to delay and afraid being found out by your parent, your situation will get worse.
