losing erection during sex / foreplay

i have this nagging problem fr long time ..... wonder if any one has ever encountered the same or any one can offer any advice/tips? is it mental or physical??

situation asf:

i) my penile organ is often flaccid prior foreplay / sex / bj / etc.

ii) however when starting off - will obtain quick erection
n become steel hard totally unbendable.

iii)after bj about 3-5 mins, erection starts to lose strength
n now becomes like bendable tensile steel rod,

iv)after duration of say 10 mins bj - erection really losing steam
n the penile organ begins to show sign of becoming
flaccid soon.

v)by the 12-15 mins duration - totally flaccid / flexible like
a rubber band n if i don't change posns, it will be flaccid
fr the whole evening.

however - if i change another way of intercourse, ie fm
oral sex to straight sex, my penile organ becomes
rigid/erect again, ie back to step i).

so often than not - if i m doing too long in 1 posn or 1 stage
of intercourse - my dick will b flaccid in no longer than
15 mins, thus often incurring the wrath of girls
that i hve sex with (whether gl / fl / gf)

but of course during a session - which normally lasts
abt 50-70mins fr me to obtain final ejaculation if u take into
consideration that i hve to utilise at least 1 bj / 1 missionary /
1 doggy / 1 missionary again ea lasting 15 mins, which i find
v tiring sometimes as end up very shagged out / weak knees
after such sessions.

btw - i think i can only cum in missionary posn.
i hve tried doggy / women on top but ended up flaccid like
mentioned abv.

i sometimes wish i can get an ejaculation out w/i 20 mins
in any posns, but often than not no success.

also i can't use any of the desensitizing cream/lotion -
totally numb me out n becomes flaccid fr the whole hr
(i tried it thrice b4 fm my gp's prescription)

my kakis say it's mental n suggest to see a pyschologist / physicatrist, my gp says it's physical to do with the
blood pressure (something abt hypertension),
i suspect veneral disease related - but hve done checks b4 which showed no problems. i hve done checks also with a urologist b4
who assured me i hve no problems with my sex organ except
fr some minor wear n tear.
btw - my dick is circumcised in my early years of childhood
so can discount circumcision - i think.

i hve encountered this problem in gl / fl since day 1 of my

i wish to know if anyone shares the same predicament
or if not anyone who knows the cure or root of the problem.

The problem is very common... heard it many times

for me it's work related stress

You need a break... that's all!
