I met a Vietnamese girl at orchard tower. We went to hotel 81 every night. I spend a lot of money. Later on, she had my baby. I decide to visit her in Vietnam. During my visiting, she become lucky and strike lottery few time. Each time each time is about 1.5 billion dongs. I visited her very weekend!

Last week, the baby was born at Dong Nai. It the first time I have a baby and it very cute! The problem with me now is that I am married locally without baby for many year and my wife is very kind and understanding toward me! How do I get her and the baby over? I am confuse!

first of all do read this thread...although not all similar but you hv an idea what kind of life partner a viet gal can be...

I hope you dun get careless...in brief..no traditional marriage or ROM in Vietnam or anywhere...if you do then you are deemed to have committed bigamy...thus prosecuted under Singapore law...there are previous landmark cases prosecuted by DPP in Singapore which you can search and read about...any sinkee friends that attended such ceremony are state witness and can be prosecuted if friends dun report you to the authority...

if you want to get her and baby over...then speak to your wife for permission....if your wife dun allow then divorce...after divorce you can then remarry this Viet girl and baby is legally yours provided you do DNA test to ascertain the case...

if your wife allow then all can be together but your Viet girl can only stay max 90 to 180 days per year in Singapore...if you want baby to be permanently here then with Viet gal permission adopt baby legally and starts to apply citizenship...dual citizenship till legal age 18 and can take up citizenship later...

if baby is a male make sure serve NS...&&

The problem is how can I register his birth certificate in Vietnam? Do I committed any offence if I register him as my baby in Vietnam? She has already got 3 children already. One 5 years old boy, one 6 years old girl and another 12 years old boy! My I am confused .. What can I do ?

of course you cannot register baby boy birth...you aren't related to the girl because no marriage certificate...

you cannot do anything...but as new baby boy mother...the girl can register baby birth certificate without father name...unless she still married...then the husband will be the father name...

Note - I am making assumptions because info incomplete here...so please bear if me if I unknowingly make you upset...

The day when I visited her at hcmc, she got 1 ticket lucky about 2k usd , then following she got 2 ticket lucky at 1.5 mil dongs each. She also believe I bring her the luck.

Anyway, like you married for 10 yrs and he too firth around. Never have children til he got this viet ktv gal pregnant, divorce wife and married viet, bring new wife & baby to Singapore. Last I heard - he found out baby not his

So do DNA check before you make decision... coz wife not pregnant maybe is your problem
