Blood from penis

any bros hab e following problem before?
Sometimes I will notice small little dried blood spots at the area where my penis head rests at my underwear.
My penis exterior area(near scrotum and base of penis) will feel itchy at times. Dun tink i hab any burning or pain from urination.
I had tried to consult 2 different gps but both seems to be unable to diagnose my problem.
I did 2 urine tests including a dipstick test cfm no blood from urine. No infection or stones found either. The gps had physically check my penis area(including pulling back foreskin to check) due to itchiness but found nth abnormal too.
My sperm and semen colour seems normal too.
I had commercial sex a mth ago in a long time but all protected ( with condom) including bj.
Anyone had same problem before? Could it be Std of any form?

It could be due to many reasons. If you only went to those GP that checks the exterior of your penis, then i guess it is not thorough enough.

It could be a tear on a small vein inside that might not appear serious for you symptom-wise, but it is better to really get it checked out inside and outside.

if it's std and your gp is pro then he should've found out. This can also be caused by infrequent or frequent (excessive) ejaculation, so sometimes masturbating too much or too much sex is also not very good.

i have that problem and i thought its some fungei infection cos i used to have that problem and generally go off after applying some cream. but this time it didnt work so i went to see a skin specialist and its dermatis, oh gosh. so i dont really think its std but to be 100% sure, u should go for checks

lalakers - Gps can oso detect STDs easily? I went to 2 diff gps already both say most likely not STD problems. I had asked them abt it although not sure of their expertise on STD related problems. I rarely hab sex mabe once or twice a yr and as for mast mabe 3days once so i dun tink alot.

Just like females with blood from torn hymen, men can also have a torn frenulum. Sex can be bloody and painful initially. Why go to a GP? You should visit DSC in Kelantan Lane. The STD specialists are there.

either you overdo it or it is a sign of "stone".
best is to go and have a checkup,to be safe.
