Jus go and circumcised. Previously when having sex, always get a small tear near the frenulum when foreskin is pulled back too roughly or too dry.

You can go polyclinic, get a referral to the GH of your choice, fixed an appointment, pay the procedure thru medisave, $200-300.

2-3 months. conventional method seems to recover a little faster. shang ring method is less painful and faster operating time. you can literally go to the gym the next day. recovery time maybe 3-5 days longer? not much difference. shang ring is usually private practice. gov subsidised is traditional method. but you gotta book in and wait for appt. laser you got to find out more.

Bro, better go check if got diabetics. I have diabetics and also have balantis issue, doctor gave antiseptic lotion mix with water to pull back foreskin and wash with antiseptic lotion mixed with 1:8 ratio water. Also have an antiseptic cream to spread cockhead and foreskin.does yr cockhead have cheese like deposits as well? It’s cause by high sugar level. Control sugar level and wash, dry apply cream. Should be ok within 1 week. But importantly is control sugar level if diabetic.

Used to have similar issue but now no more liao. Issue I feel is really cuz the foreskin stretched too much. Somemore during sex got friction.

So for me what I would recommend is perhaps "practice" stretching your foreskin more.
